We work very closely with various UK Based Furniture Manufactures and our main supplier are a family owned UK manufacturer and wholesaler of office furniture based in Central England. They have a long-established history in the UK office furniture sector. They are currently based over 3 sites in Merseyside and operate out of a 75,000² ft manufacturing facility, a 125,000² ft warehouse and distribution facility and our 35,000² ft seating and upholstery factory. However, they are currently building a brand-new site that will encapsulate the whole operation under one roof. Our complete product range ensures we offer a one stop shop solution for “all your office furniture needs”
Manufacturing – Wooden Panels
This process takes melamine faced chipboard (MFC) and turns it into quality office furniture through a number of key production processes.
All the MFC used at our suppliers is sourced from leading UK manufacturers who are fully FSC registered and PEFC compliant. Our suppliers wooden panel production covers over 75,000² ft and employs 130 staff producing over 50,000 panels per week making it one of the largest in the UK.
Two Biomass boilers’ heat the 200,000² ft factory, warehouse and office space reducing their demand for oil and gas at the same time as improving their waste recycling, with over 95% being converted.
Manufacturing – Seating & Screens
Following heavy investment in 2013, our suppliers have launched a new state of the art upholstery department. Covering 35,000² ft and fitted out with the most modern upholstery technology, we are now able to offer unlimited fabric choices and a growing range of designs, using fabrics from Camira and Bradbury
Warehousing
Our main supplier operates a 125,000² ft purpose built warehouse and distribution centre, located in Merseyside, with over 10,000 pallet locations and around 100,000 items in stock at any time. This commitment to our extensive product range and stock holding ensures your orders are available for immediate despatch
Distribution
Customers are able to select the delivery option that best suits their business needs. We can offer you a weekly scheduled delivery utilising our dedicated vehicles and drivers or a nationwide next day delivery, or a delivery with the option of installation, direct to our customers office regardless of size of order.
